Dear Ones,

As we sit here with you, our first wish is for all of you to be able to sit back, close your eyes, take a few deep breaths, and just enjoy this moment of perfect stillness and being. How often is it that you take this time? You would tell us, "we don't have any time, and we say back to you, you have all the time in the Universe." Do you not have five seconds to close your eyes and take one deep breath? You will be taking a breath anyway, we guarantee you that, would you not like to be present for it? Do you not have 10 seconds to stop what you are doing, look at your beautiful, perfect, whole life, and give thanks for your absolute and total abundance?

"What are you talking about?" You ask us. "We have bills to pay, errands to run, children to raise, friends to be concerned about, parents who have poor health, houses that need cleaning and dirty dishes." You think we do not understand your human lives, what you are up against as you continue on this physical plane, but we suggest to you that YOU do not understand your human lives fully, what it means to be in human form. We, who are not in human form at this time, are nonetheless whole and perfect in our energy bodies, and you who are in human form, are also whole and perfect in your energy bodies, but may still be operating under the illusion that "this" is all there is, what is in front of your eyes. And we will not see this as the ultimate reality, for we see it isn't so. Why would you persist in seeing the limitations in your life when you could experience the wholeness, the perfect beauty and wholeness of every single moment and breath?

Are you willing, if only for the next day, week, month, to stop as often as you remember, and just come fully to this moment, and acknowledge all of it? Can you be grateful that you are here, incarnate, at this moment? Do you realize what a miracle it is that you could take a handful of dirt, breathe the life of spirit into it, and voila ­ you're here? Smiling and walking and laughing? Can you understand that this is impossible in human terms? There is nothing that you can do to re-create this sacred union, even if you can put all of the individual parts and pieces together, to re-create this happening that is YOU? You think this is no big deal? Or, that it is all a HUGE deal, and the deal is difficult?

If you feel your life is unmanageable, difficult, too much, could you then see the benefits of taking this time every day, every few moments, to feel the ease, feel the perfection, feel the love and wholeness and abundance in every cell in your body? Do you not think your physical body would utter a huge sigh? Would that not be a great gift to give to yourself? What do you have to lose? Each moment will still be present whether you are or not; why not open the presents placed before you, instead of looking at all the wrapped boxes and saying, "wow, how come nothing good comes to me?"

Open the presents, open the present ­ it is the greatest secret in the Universe, it is available in unlimited abundance to all who choose this sacred path of human incarnation, as a starting off point to divine remembrance. Do you remember? Do you remember these gifts are presented to you, oh precious being of unlimited worth and wealth? Don't you love gifts? Don't you love receiving them from those you love? As you see them walking toward you with that bright red package and gold bow, holding it out to you with such a look of love on their faces, your heart beats faster, and you know that something wonderful is about to happen. You wonder how you could be so fortunate to have someone love you so much. But that is only what we know how to do, that is only what the Universe and the One knows how to do ­ to give and to love.

If you are feeling unloved, unappreciated, disrespected and unnoticed, please, close your eyes and see us as we stand before you ­ here in this present moment, with our hands out, present in hand. We love you, we love you, we love you ­ we cherish you, we respect you, we see and acknowledge all that you do, in every moment of your life. We are grateful for your existence and we hail you as our heroes and heroines of the incarnate world. You are moving in the miraculous substance of heaven meets earth, and you should see the glory! The gold and the lights and the colors ­ oh, the colors that flow forth from you! No painting or portrait could ever capture the perfection that is you. Feel this and know this to be true. You are perfect, glorious, radiant, and ever and eternally loved just because.

Enjoy the seconds, enjoy the moments, and live in this perfect time. All is well. Thank you, dear ones ­ we remain ever faithfully yours ­ Us.
