Learning By Bliss
January 4, 2004

Dear Friends,

This was given to me, and I think it's just beautiful. I worked with it for a week before I pass it on to you.

Because I do automatic writing, I have many conversations. This came up in a "conversation". We were speaking about why it seems we pick difficult lessons to learn, and I wondered if I always had to pick the difficult road. This is part of that conversation:

You choose your methods of instruction (on this earth).

I would like learning by bliss at this time, please.

Ah, now you begin to see. Are you prepared for bliss?

YES!

Then here is your first instruction. Smile. throughout the day, every day, all day. That is your first assignment to living in bliss. The second assignment is like the first. Upon awakening, smile, then take a deep breath and say, "I am so grateful to be here. I am here willingly, lovingly, and exuberantly. I love my life and all that is in it. I open my eyes to my life." When you close your eyes at night, smile, then take a deep breath and say, "what a perfect day today was. Everything was as it should be I love my life. Thank you." Whenever something comes up that is bothersome to you, smile, take a deep breath and say, "I love my life. I choose this for my life at this moment. I see it, I embrace it - this moment is as it should be - perfect and whole." And ... smile.

Seeing
My
Illusions,
Loving
Eternity

A very simple message, but very sweet, I think. Thinking fondly of all of you and wishing you peace and love - always -

- Susie
