For those of you who have entered through this last time period, we wish to congratulate you - you have traveled far, and the way was not easy. The way appears different to each traveler, for each is traveling a different path at a different rate and at a different level. It is not so helpful at this time to speak of others about your travels, for they may be on a river while you are crossing a desert. You may say, "isn't the excessive water annoying?" and they may look at you and say, "what are you talking about? I haven't seen water in weeks!" and you will both wonder why the other person is not experiencing what they are experiencing. So we tell you it is most helpful at this time to go within to track your trek - what does your own personal landscape look like? What does it feel like to you? Does it feel like you are walking up an incline, or walking on a straight plain? Does it feel like there are bumps and rocks in front of you, or are you walking through an open field? Is the weather bright and sunny at this moment, or can you feel the storm clouds rolling in from the distance? Just sit with yourself, we say. Close your eyes and feel what you are feeling on the inside. It is no longer possible to look to the outside to determine your life and your moods and your feelings and truth. So now we are all on the journey back to ourselves, and we are confused. What do we read? Who do we talk to? Who knows what is going on? And we say "there is nothing you can read that will help you with this process, there is no one better than yourself to talk to, and nobody knows what is going on, but everybody knows what is going on," because we are all active participants in this process. You are not alone - we are all fellow travelers, and can offer much encouragement and support to each other. If you are in an open field with a sunny sky, look to your friend who is slogging through the swamp and encourage her. Let her know that she will not be walking through the swamp forever, but there is a beautiful forest up ahead, and she can rest there for a bit. When you are in the dark and hearing noises that scare you, listen for your friend who is swinging on the swing off to your right. She is laughing and happy, so happy. Listen for her voice, and it will lead you into the light again. You are all masters, helpers, enlightened beings awakening from the long dream. You are rubbing your eyes and walking into the light, wondering what was so difficult about it all, then laughing, as you remember what is so difficult - you are still dreaming as you are awakening. Look for this current time to come to an end as you manage through your storms and swamps and bee swarms and animal attacks. These are all part of your past energies, and they needed traversing one last time. Have you not felt unknown emotions these past few months? Have you not had a thought about something that happened many years ago, wondering "where in the world did that thought come from?" only to have it flee in a few moments. You are walking, dear ones, always walking, and the path may be beautiful, or you may feel it to be ugly and dark, but always walking, walking, and walking to a better place. And you are not walking alone - look to your right, see your husband, look to your left, see your child, look up, see your friend. These past months have felt like a dream, sometimes a nightmare, but dream-like nevertheless. There is much work done in the dreamtime as well, as you are integrating higher energies and doing more work in other places and times. You will know when you have done this work when you awaken and feel very tired, as if you have not slept at all. You could sleep 12 hours a night and still feel like you would like to lie down again. You could also feel as if you have moved your body for several hours without stopping - your muscles will ache and your head will hurt and your eyes are hot. You may think that you are becoming sick, but there is no medicine that will help. The only help you have is to rest your mind and your body, and allow them to catch up to where they need to be. They are doing very heavy work at this time, and will continue to do so until their work is finished. You ask when you will have a break, when there will be a rest, and we tell you - when your work is finished! This may at first feel discouraging, but it is actually very comforting - no part of you will be left untouched or unfinished - we will keep working together until you are at the place on your journey that you need to be. There is no time limit, no structures, no rules, except that you will be finishing your work - yourself. But you ARE entering a time of respite, where the energies will have a chance to settle - you will not be walking so fast or working so hard. So enjoy this next period of rest, and look forward to the next leg of your journey. This could be seen as an understandably difficult period as we are working with your lowest energies, healing them - as they heal and become light, your vibration is raised, and then we look at your lowest energies to start working with them. Do you see? It still feels like the darkness, but your darkness is becoming lighter as we work our way upward, and you become lighter and lift ever higher. There is never a time that any of you are alone - if you feel lonely or afraid, we ask you to close your eyes and feel us close to you. Ask for a way that we can be felt to you, and wait for the reply - it could be a brush on your cheek, a hand on your leg, or a smell or word, or just a knowing. But ask for us, and we will answer - all we ask is that you listen for us in whatever way you are able. This one (Susie) asks how long the rest period will be (Susie's note - well, I REALLY want to rest for a while!), and we answer that this current cycle will continue for the rest of the calendar month, then we will enter a period of extreme activity, so it is more important than ever to look at your work load and eliminate all unnecessary activities. This is too important for you to be tired and exhausted and discouraged - we wish you to feel refreshed and happy and optimistic as you enter into your next lessons of understanding and growth. We have been working with past emotions and patterns, and we now move into limitations in our current lives and how we can change those patterns to create new possibilities. That is to say, in the past you were hurt by someone, so you have continued that pattern of feeling hurt. That is a set pattern that has just been moving through. Now in your current life situation you have the tendency to avoid relationships with people because of that fear. That is a future event, but it is affecting you in the present moment. Since we are already working with the past fears and blocks, we now move into the present and how it will affect the future. So now you may see situations arising that have to do with present limitations. If you are afraid of losing your job, you may see that very thing happening! But do not be afraid, for there is only healing and growth involved in this process. If you are rigid, we wish to help you flex. Muscles that have not been used will atrophy, so we are stretching and encouraging growth. It feels good to move in ways that you have not moved for years, is it not? Is this not fun to feel this way? You answer us, "sometimes, and sometimes not - it all just depends." And we answer you back, "we hope you will decide that this is an enjoyable process, in whichever form it takes," and to always know that you are ever-progressing upward and homeward - to yourself.
