Dear Friends,

I wish you could all have felt the extreme love and support flowing through me as I wrote the words to this latest message - I feel so loved, and I hope you all feel the same. As always -

Dear ones ­ we wish to join you today to speak of the current events that may be swirling through your lives. When we have come through this great vortex that we have just passed through, we may be feeling very tired, our tongues hanging out, unsure of where we are. We have just passed through a great door that has helped to release us from old habits and judgments, pre-conceived notions and beliefs. When everything unwanted has been washed from our system, we are then left with nothing, or at least not as much as we "had" before. If we are used to our guideposts, our signs that help us navigate in THIS world, then to feel we don't have them anymore can be distressing, to say the least. But we ask you at this time, were these guideposts and signs serving your Highest Good? Where were they leading you ­ upward or just around in circles or dead ends? Even though we are used to the signs does not mean that they are helpful. Suppose you are heading to New York and you get on the highway and the sign say "Los Angeles ­ 2000 miles." Every time you get on the highway you see that sign, so you get comfort from seeing it, even though it is leading you in the exact opposite direction! Do you not see? Do you not understand? Think of these words ­ even though you have been feeling or seeing or hearing something your whole life does not mean that is in your Highest Good.

If we believe that we are aligning with our Highest Good, then all that is NOT in alignment with that energy will fall along the wayside, and that is what you are currently experiencing. You are being called, in this wide open space time, to create new guideposts, new signs ­ read them as they are printed in your heart. THOSE are the true signs for you, not some outside sign that says "This is this, and that is that. Period." There is no possible way there can be signs that apply to every single person, for every person has their own homing guidance system that is leading them home. For some people, Los Angeles IS their destination, but there are myriad other destinations that people are heading toward.

So how do we answer the call, dear one? It is closer and simpler than you may think, for we are all around you, waiting with our hard hats and hammers to help you build and create your new sign system. Have you not been feeling us these past months? Have you not felt us close to you, whispering in your ears when you have sat quietly? Have you not seen the brilliant new morning when you've looked outside at the beautiful sun and the gentle sky? Have you not felt the warmness and fullness growing in your chest? That is the new reality dawning in your cells, in your consciousness, in your physical body. This is all real, and something you can hold dear to you when you feel the times of disorientation and confusion.

Look to the sun, look to the sky, to the trees, to the dogs and cats and budding green grass. If you look at the grass closely enough, you can feel the blades growing. This is real. The old way of understanding and navigating no longer serves you, for you have taken your own power back, and that is as it should be! There is no one else that can have your power, no one else that can lead you where you need to go, for you are the only one that has the roadmap, has the desire to go where you need to go. Others may give you their opinions, based on where THEY are going, but there are no pre-set rules, no absolutes, no givens ­ all is being made new.

Now is the time to call on us ­ you can say, "Let me know how to feel you with me ­ give me a sign", then listen, wait, watch ­ do you feel a hand brush your forehead? Do you hear a bird singing or a musical note sounding? Do you feel a fullness in your heart, or see beautiful violet colors when you close your eyes? Believe this to be your sign, and know us to be close, for you will all feel us in different ways ­ again, there is no one set way for perceive us or to perceive the burgeoning world that is blossoming even as we speak. It is past the time to open your eyes, now we ask you to open your arms and your hearts to embrace all that surrounds you ­ you are here!

We have said this many times before, but now we ask you to take the time to breathe and acknowledge that your life is different than it was six months ago, different than it was a year ago, and heavens, so much different than it was 5 years ago ­ you are a new being! We see you drifting down here, unaware and sometimes frightened of the new feelings that wash over you ­ feelings of vastness and openness ­ give me back my fishbowl, you may cry ­ I don't want the ocean ­ I've changed my mind! But we tell you, dear one ­ if you are here right now, you have agreed to swim in the ocean, and the ocean is glorious! No longer the confines of the glass behind which you lived ­ no longer the separation of others, of restrictions and limits. In the ocean all is possible ­ you can travel to the far oceans, north, south, east and west, without limitation, in the blink of an eye and you are there, connected by the vast spirit ocean waters. Swim! Move those fins and navigate a little, test your boundaries ­ how far can I extend myself? What new things can I perceive? How do I feel in my body? What new things are entering my life? How am I taking time to take care of my precious new body?

Are you resting more? For you are tired, dear ones, more tired than you thought possible, needing up to an extra two hours of sleep a night. Are you moving your body, getting body work done if necessary? For you are sore, dear ones, and your muscles and joints ache with mysterious tenacity. Think not that you have done anything to cause these aches, for they are the mystical maneuverings of your Higher Self, bringing your Lower Self into divine alignment. Do you need expansion in your system? Yes ­ you will feel it in your shoulders, your elbows and hips. Do you need to update your travel system? You will feel the creaking in your knees. Goodness, I must be getting old, you say, but we tell you back, the opposite is true ­ you are being made new, so move into your growing pains, and know that this is for the good. Do you wonder why babies sleep so much? They are growing their little bodies, much as you are growing your new Spirit bodies, your lightbodies ­ this takes much energy, and is no small task. So we ask you to take care of yourselves, dear ones, and call on us.

Believe us to be here, and ask for us to show ourselves to you. It is within your rights to do so. The key is not to do MORE in your physical world (if only I can get these things done, then I'll feel better), but to do MORE in your spiritual world. SIT more, BREATHE more, SMILE more, REST more, spend time ALONE more, spend time with FRIENDS that nourish you more.

You are living in a new world, in a new reality, and as such, need to adjust your ways of approaching your life and of handling things in your life. All is aligning ­ your work, your Life Work, your friendships, your love relationships, your health ­ all energies are aligning with your signature energy, your energy makeup that tells the Universe this particular body, this particular body that is taking up this particular space in the Universe, is YOU. You would not want cayenne pepper in your brownies, so why would you want disharmony in your life? If you are a roast, then you WANT cayenne pepper, but not everyone wants cayenne pepper, so you get to decide what ingredients you are putting into your bowl of life. This is a unique process, and a delicious one. This particular process will continue through the summer, so if you are feeling like your "bowl is empty", this is what you are feeling. All of those ingredients that are not part of your "recipe" have been discarded, leaving you with a fresh, clean bowl with which to put your new ingredients. You may ask yourself "does this particular emotion/person/feeling/memory/experience serve me at this time? Does it make me feel expanded, uplifted, more whole?" If you answer no, you can be assured that it will be emptied out of your bowl. If you answer yes, then tune in to your body and feel how that particular emotion/person/feeling/memory/experience feels to you ­ get to know your guidance system, get to know your signs ­ they are all around you, guiding you, leading you. As you become accustomed to going within, you will begin to feel the Universe unfolding within you, and it is a glorious undertaking, to say the least. When you enter your Sacred Self, it is as if you are seeing the world with new eyes, and in fact, you ARE!

If you are used to listening to other people tell you about YOUR world, you are used to seeing it through their eyes, and it will look very different to you when you see it with your eyes. When you go within, to your golden Universe of knowing, everything will be outlined in gold, everything will feel deep, richer, fuller than it was before ­ you will feel blissful and happy, like there is nothing that could ever shake your peace, and again, THAT is the new reality, and it is yours for the asking.

So ASK for us to show ourselves to you in a tangible, real way. REST and understand that your physical system is undergoing an incredible growth. BELIEVE that you are becoming new, and the old is passing away, leaving room for the new. SEE the new in the world around you, and smile at your good fortune. KNOW that you would not be here at this time if you did not want to swim in the ocean, little guppy. Soon you will see that you are not a little guppy at all, but a beautiful fish that has golden scales and silver fins, waving and swirling as you glide through the spirit water. No longer are you struggling on the dry ground, no longer do you feel alone, cut off with your glass bowl. You are one, a divine part of All That Is, of all that has ever been and will ever be ­ join us, dive in, the water's fine ­ you have heard the call, and now can answer. We are waiting, our hands on our ears, to hear you. And know, always know, dear ones, that we will answer. Thank you.
