Good Morning Dear Ones,

As we look out at the beautiful morning, we would first like to speak of what most of you have just come through these past months. We would call it "the eye of the storm." If you have noticed, for these past two years, we have been working with you, mainly on the physical level, to prepare your physical systems for the energy that is streaming through you even as we speak. What happened when we worked with you on that physical level is this ­ many physical symptoms for which there was no "medical" cure. These symptoms included dizziness, heart racing and irregularities, tingling in muscles, sleep disorders, mysterious aches and pains, memory loss and permanent fogginess, even emotional disturbances such as unexplained anger, frustration, sadness, happiness. When your home is being totally overhauled, you would expect to discover some treasures that remained hidden for years, would you not?

These were your physical changes. But the changes started even before that, in the rearrangement of your lives ­ imagine that you were to look from a high vantage point and see a road on the ground. From that high point it's easier to see where the road should turn to the right instead of left at a certain point, or where the road needs repair, or the most efficient direction the road needs to go in order for it to optimally achieve its ultimate goals (if you want to travel to Minneapolis, you need to head east, no matter how beautiful and well-built the road is ­ if you're headed west and you want to go to Minneapolis, you have to turn 180 degrees).

So any energy that did not line up with your highest goals for your soul started to fall away. This was felt most keenly in the following areas: relationships, physical health and work and career choices. If you were to take the time to look back on your life as it was unfolding 5 years ago, the changes that were occurring, you should see major shifts in one, two, or three of the above-mentioned areas of your life. Adjustments made to the blueprint of the road, so re-construction of the road could start.

You might have searched for your answers in books, tapes, television or movie theaters, other people, exercise or food, the medical community. But chances are that you were disappointed, and left feeling empty-handed. The hope was that you would start the process of turning within, to link back up to your highest source of intelligence ­ your Highest Self and God ­ high authorities indeed. Those who did not travel this internal road were increasingly frustrated by lack of satisfaction. If one cookie could calm you, now even 45 cookies could not stave off your feelings of unease. Those who made the shift found their uncomfortable physical circumstances lightening ­ health has improved, relationships have stabilized, or if ended, new ones begun. Careers have been altered or ended, new, more satisfying ones undertaken.

Why all of the background information? So you can have the opportunity to rise above your current circumstances and situation and fully appreciate the path you have recently traveled. Do you not see how powerful and clear you are becoming? Do you not feel it in your bones, in the peace of your days? The calm is deeper, the knowingness fuller ­ please take the time to acknowledge this, as this makes your growth more conscious to you, and growth is the key word at this time.

If you are working with weights, planning on becoming a certain size, then never stop to check your measurements or look in the mirror, how will you know how close you are to your goal? Or if in fact you have already REACHED your goal, and just don't know it. That is what we are seeing as we "look in your mirror." Beautiful muscles, glowing skin and clear eyes. It may be that you are so used to working, of not measuring up to impossible standards, of being told to work harder, better, faster, that your habit energy is to keep going, but we invite you to STOP for a moment, and just feel where you are at this point in time.

This is your recuperation time, your rest time, from all of the life changes that have occurred, and subsequently all of the physical alterations that have occurred. Now we are entering into the subtler levels of energy, and if you are not aware of what point you are at at THIS point in the journey, it can be more difficult to monitor your progress as we get into more intricate soul areas. It is as if you are involved in an operation ­ you start on the outside and first make your way through the first layer, then into deeper layers until you get into very minute and intricate work. If you do not know you have entered through the main layer, how will you have consciousness about the rest of the work? You are learning as you go, so we ask you to intend to be partners in this "operation." After all, it is YOU that you're performing miracles on, why not be a conscious part of it? That is to say, this work continues whether or not we are conscious of it, but again, consciousness brings empowerment, and that is the next point we would like to discuss.

As we journey into deeper realms of the soul together, we understand and uncover many wonderful aspects of ourselves, our gifts and talents. However, as we look around us we see others rising above the mist to declare "WE HAVE THE ANSWERS ­ FOLLOW WHAT WE SAY!!!!" and others get excited and drop everything to follow someone else. We say to you ­ THERE IS NOWHERE TO FOLLOW THAT ANYONE CAN LEAD YOU. Your way is your way, your journey, your discovery ­ we stand here helping in whatever way that we can, to help you discover your own soul, your own knowingness. Please practice discernment when someone says, "this is this, that is that. Period." There is no "period" in the Universe that we have seen, only exclamation points and ellipses ( ) and many many wide open spaces.

As you enter into this period of enlightenment and empowerment, we invite you to remain firmly within your core, to "test" other's information with your discernment. We urge you not to blindly follow another's words, with the promise of the Truth ­ you have your Truth, and that is found through your own work, not through someone else's. That is to say, there are many wonderful suggestions through Truth's that others have found, but they may not be YOUR Truths, and it gets tiring and confusing to go chasing after everyone else's Truths.

So how to find your Truths? This is most easily accomplished by closing your eyes, taking a few breaths, and remaining fully in your body. Get to know your system, all of it ­ physical, mental and spiritual ­ it is unique, beautiful, perfect and all-powerful. When you have a question, ask the Expert ­ yourself. Close your eyes, ask the question, feel the answer with your whole Being. Work with your information, with your gifts, get to know yourself ­ a famous philosopher once said ­ "know thyself", and that is the Truth as we are presenting it today.

The absolutes are melting, the rigid planes of previously-held concepts of reality are relaxing into circles, spirals, all is one. What do you know? What do you believe? What do you hold to be true? Is this all still what you know, believe, and hold to be true? Question everything ­ re-think your life, your limits, your beliefs ­ take this journey, take this time, and you will discover the most intelligent teacher of them all ­ YOU.

YOU have your power, YOU have the knowledge, YOU have the direction, YOU have the understanding, YOU have the information ­ you you you. Do you understand? It IS all about you, not about someone who says they know more than you, or presents a slick show to you. What do you think? What do you want to do in your life? Where do you want to go? This is what we're interested in, this is what we want to help you with, this is what we KNOW you can do, because we SEE it all, and we wish we could turn our vision over to you so that you can see what we see, but if we cannot, then we are content to transmit these words to you, so that whatever can be of service to you, you can take with you as you continue to walk.

And again, oh, ever again, please know that we remain ever-fast by your side, we will never leave you alone, or lead you where you do not wish to go, for we are your Highest Selves, and we love you eternally ­ we have always been together, and we have in fact, never been apart. And we remain, as always, eternally faithful. Thank you.
